Great place to stop, grab a cold one. Had fish n chips $10, price avg, taste avg too. Drinks a bucket of 5 $12. Bands on weekends...great place to meet other bikers.

I love the breakfast here. It is reasonably priced, decent food, and the servers are pretty friendly. It is more of a place to get your drink on, but I've been pretty happy with the food. It's definitely one of my local hangouts for breakfast.

Stopped for breakfast. ordered the special on the boatd at 4.95. had to ask for jelly and track waitress down to get check. Charged me 5.95. Said guess she needed to change board Rude and crude and not very good.

Ok...all we did was drink here but the band,Trouble Starters, was well worth the stop for a cold one. We never waited more than 3 seconds for a refill thanks to Tara our outside bartender and it was about as "local" as you could get. In a world where everyone is so hell bent on appereances this great little gem on the water was a breath of fresh air and a great place to be yourself! We will definitely visit again!

Taco Tuesday has changed and it's not $5 for 3 tacos with a small cup of cole slaw, refried beans, salsa, and sour cream. Tuesday evenings also now has live music. Brings in a ton of people! Beer is still cheaper than soda and iced tea in this town.

Awesome spot on the water. Terrific food, great prices, beautiful setting. Tshirts are cool as well - but expensive. One shirt costs as much as 2 meals. Very unique spot. Negative is no indoor toilets!! Port-a-potty is rather nasty (but have you ever been to one that isn't?)

Can you give 1/2 stars? the travesty is that the food is delicious. It's the service that sucks. Great pizza, good breakfast, but that service is horrible. After waiting 15 minutes to get a coffee we didn't order, the waitress decided to bus a nearby table for no waiting party instead of taking our food order (This is just the latest visit). Just because the name is ragged ass doesn't mean the service has to be. unfortunately they are the only place for breakfast until mid island. Then the Island Cafe next to Winn Dixie is the place. Muuuuuuch better customer service. Its not seasonal, I live here and they are terrible year round.

We love to sip a draught or two at the bar and nibble the best pizza on the island. We caught the very fun "Meat Raffle" on a Thursday night and caught some local gossip. The place may be a "dive," but jump right in for lots of fun! I noticed that Yelp wanted to know if there was a coat check! That's funny. Shoe check would be more like it!

Driving by when the name pulled us in. A throwback bar and cafe. I had the special of the day. Meatloaf was terrific and the beer was cold. The ladies had the pizza and loved it. We plan to go back and catch the entertainment some night. Today we stopped for lunch. Appears to be a popular spot! We just had to buy the kids a T-shirt. The place is definitely worth your consideration.

Its coming back to be a fun place. The new management had tried to change the atmosphere of this bar and the logo.....simply did not work, with a eye catching and naughty name like the Ragged Ass Bar people expected it to be colorful and it was not, they have now changed the logo back to something funny vs a the skull and cross bones they once had. Colorful and fun servers.....definately worth the trip and don't forget to buy a t shirt. Food is not bad either.

I live here on the island and have been visiting this establishment for 19 years, and about four owners. In the past there use to be some good dinner food, but now, just average bar food. That is, except for the pizza which, in my opinon is the best on the island. Talk about being "laid back," this is the place to hang out. Great people, great bartenders and great prices. The only other drink serve to compete price wise are the American Legion and the VFW. Give it a try. I think you'll enjoy yourself. John T.
